Refund Policy

At Nimra Home, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make things right.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging. We also require proof of purchase or your order number to process any refund.

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Processing Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. This process usually takes between 5 to 7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask for photos to better understand the issue. In such cases, we’ll offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue a refund if:

  • The product is returned after the 14-day window

  • The item is used, damaged by the customer, or not in its original packaging

  • The item was marked as final sale or is a custom-made order

How to Request a Refund

To start a refund request, email us at support@nimrahome.com with your order number and a brief explanation. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please attach clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Our support team will respond within 24 to 48 hours with next steps.
