Return and Exchange Policy

At Nimra Home, we care deeply about your experience. Every item we offer is thoughtfully selected to bring comfort, beauty, and purpose to your space. However, we understand that sometimes a product might not be the right fit. If that happens, we’re here to make the return process as smooth as possible.

Returns

You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be accepted, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Please also include your order number or proof of purchase.

Please note that personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer a different style or item, we’re happy to offer exchanges within the same 14-day window. Just reach out to our customer service team and we’ll walk you through the steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. This usually takes between five to seven business days, depending on your bank or provider.

Original shipping fees are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received in a damaged or incorrect condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll ask for a few photos to understand the issue and will work quickly to send a replacement or process a full refund, whichever you prefer.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please email us at support@nimrahome.com with your order number and reason for the return. If the item was damaged or incorrect, include photos to help us resolve it quickly.

Our team will respond within one to two business days with next steps and return instructions.
